Carrie Bradshaw's iconic NYC apartment is available for booking on Airbnb. Here's everything you need to know

On Thursday, news and social media had it that people can rent out Carrie Bradshaw's Upper Eastside apartment for two nights in November.

According to an Airbnb release GMA News Online received, Sarah Jessica Parker will be hosting the two overnight stays — on November 12 and 13 — at a recreation of her iconic character's Upper Eastside abode, which includes her closet.

Here's everything you need to know:

1. The overnight stays cost $23 (taxes and other fees not included) — or P1,165 a night — and can accommodate up to two guests a night.  

2. On Airbnb, it's listed as a "Private room in townhouse hosted by Sarah Jessica" and is quickly described as "1 bedroom, 1 bed, 1 private bath."

3. Amenities included are wifi, air-conditioning/heating, a dedicated work space.

4. Sorry folks. The apartment doesn't have a kitchen, a TV, there is no hair dryer, shampoo, or washer.   

5. Sarah Jessica Parker will greet you at check-in, albeit virtually. 

6. There is going to be a narration of each episode's signature thought-provoking intros

7. Sip on them cosmopolitans, 'cause they come with the experience!

8. You can play dress-up in Carrie's closet! It comes with her favorite looks, like the tutu in the opening credits, her favorite designers, brands, and shoes!

9. There is going to be a styling session and photoshoot

10. You get to live out your dreams of becoming Carrie Bradshaw for a day, descend the steps of her brownstone, and walk the streets of Manhattan.

Of course, Covid protocols are in place and the stay's rules require strict adherence to local Covid-19 guidelines of New York City.
