PAL offers 20% discount for uniformed personnel during holidays

Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) said Tuesday it is offering a 20% discount for uniformed personnel on select fare brands amid the holidays.

In a statement, PAL said the discount is a “special treat” this holiday season for the men and women of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

To avail of the discount, traveler must present his or her AFP, PNP, PCG, or BJMP identification card.

“This special offer applies to active AFP, PNP, PCG, and BJMP Filipino personnel,” PAL said.

The airline said the discount privilege will be applied on the base fare of Economy Saver and select Supersaver Fare brands of PAL domestic flights.

“AFP, PNP, PCG, and BJMP personnel have until December 31, 2020 to buy their domestic tickets and avail of the 20% discount,” it said.

Travel period is until June 30, 2021.

PAL said flights may be booked through Philippine-based PAL ticket offices,  PAL partner travel agents or through its reservations hotline (02) 8855 8888.—AOL, GMA News
