Rolly brings heavy downpours, strong winds to Naga City

Roofs were torn off building and even a motorcyclist was knocked off his bike as Typhoon Rolly lashed Naga City on Sunday.

According to Saleema Refran’s report on “24 Oras Weekend,” rains accompanied by strong winds prevailed over the city prior to Rolly’s arrival.

The weather became more severe with the typhoon's approach, with parts of the roof of a gasoline station sent flying.

One rider fell off his motorcycle due to the powerful winds.

The rains and winds quieted slightly during the afternoon, revealing the heavy damage brought by Rolly.
