A total of 1,155 tonnes of sulfur dioxide was emitted by the volcano on July 8, PHIVOLCS said in its bulletin on Saturday.

On July 6, sulfur dioxide flux was at 632 tonnes

, the agency reported in its July 8 bulletin.
