Heart Evangelista shares teaser to her never-before-heard 2005 song ‘Breathe You’

If you remember her song “Love Has Come My Way,” you probably miss Heart Evangelista singing.

Luckily, Heart will again try her hand at singing. On Thursday, she shared a short teaser to her never-before-heard song from 2005 titled “Breathe You,” which she is set to release soon.

“Finally found the courage to share this with all of you. Made this 15 years ago and came across it again while I was going through my files during the lockdown,” Heart wrote.

The Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations said it’s been “a blast working on this and turning one of my dreams into reality! Hope you enjoy this little teaser! #foundmytreasure.”

In a previous interview with GMA News Online, she said the song came about during a good time in her life when she was young.

“I just turned 21. I just found my independence noong time na ’yun,” she said.

“It was the first time I could call the shots. If I liked the song I could sing the song, I could do whatever. It was just so liberating for me at the time. That was a really good chapter of my life. This song really reminds me of that time,” she added.

With the release of her song “Breathe You,” Heart hopes that it could lessen people’s anxiety and “feel good listening to this music alone when you’re having wine, eating dinner.”

The song composed by Jude Thaddeus Gitamondoc will be released Oct. 27. – Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/RC, GMA News
