Is Adele’s new album coming out soon? Singer responds to fan on Instagram

It looks like fans will have to wait a little while longer to hear Adele’s new Album.

The English singer-songwriter recently shared a photo on Instagram where she’s belting it out into a microphone, and it left netizens wondering if it was a “teaser” of some sort.

“Teaser? Albums coming out today???!!!! Tell me now!!!!” one netizen commented.

Adele, however, let her down gently, replying: “Of course it's not. Corona ain’t over. I’m quarantining. Wear a mask and be patient.”

The 32-year-old Grammy award-winning artist who's melted hearts with hits like “Rolling in the Deep” and “Hello” has not released new music since her 2015 album “25.”

Her manager Jonathan Dickins, however, reportedly said Adele is making a musical comeback but the album was “not coming in September” as originally planned.

The singer nevertheless had been making quite a stir on social media this quarantine period after her shocking weight loss transformation was revealed in her recent post. — Margaret Claire Layug/LA, GMA News
