TNT edges Ginebra to top first leg of PBA 3x3 third conference

For third conference in a row, TNT Tropang Giga opened their PBA 3x3 campaign on top of the league.

TNT edged Barangay Ginebra, 18-15, to rule the first leg of the PBA 3x3 second conference on Sunday at Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City. Prior to that, TNT was spotless in the preliminary round, drawing a 3-0 win-loss card to top Pool A.

TNT then routed San Miguel Beermen in the quarterfinals before drubbing Purefoods TJ Titans in their semifinals clash.

TNT previously opened the first and second conferences with wins over Limitless Appmasters and San Miguel, respectively.

TNT is bannered by the quartet of Samboy De Leon, Almond Vosotros, Ping Exciminiano, and Gryann Mendoza.

Meanwhile, Purefoods pulled off a 19-17 victory over Meralco Bolts 3x3 to finish third.
