TNT bounces back at Meralco's expense

TNT Tropang Giga bounced back at the expense of the Meralco Bolts, 78-71, in the 2022 PBA Philippine Cup on Saturday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

RR Pogoy and Troy Rosario made 19 and 16 points each in TNT's third win, while Poy Erram and Jayson Castro tallied 13 and 10 points each.

Allein Maliksi's 20 point-output was spoiled in the Meralco loss. Chris Newsome and Bong Quinto scored 13 points each, while Chris Banchero added 12 points for the Bolts.

TNT (3-2) will face Rain or Shine on Thursday, while Meralco (2-1) will try to bounce back against NorthPort, with both games to be played on Thursday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
