Olympic boxing medalists Nesthy Petecio, Carlo Paalam, Eumir Marcial receive houses in Tagaytay

Olympic silver medalists Nesthy Petecio and Carlo Paalam, and bronze medalist Eumir Marcial received their new houses in Tagaytay City on Sunday.

The houses were part of the pledged rewards to the boxers after their achievements in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Sen. Francis Tolentino and his brother, Philippine Olympic Committee president and Rep. Abraham Tolentino attended the turnover ceremony and house blessing.

The houses are situated in the Olympic Lane, which is just near the property of gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz.

Aside from the properties, the boxers also received cash rewards from the government and different private entities following the Philippines' historic campaign in the Summer Games.
