Blacklist stays alive with upset vs RSG; TNC sweeps Onic

Blacklist International stayed in the hunt for a playoff slot after a crucial upset victory against RSG Philippines, 2-1, on Sunday in Week 7 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 9.

The M3 World champion dropped the first game but recovered nicely for the reverse sweep against the league-leader to reclaim the sixth spot in the standings with 14 points.

In Game 2, Edward Jay "Edward" Dapadap (Uranus) was the key for Blacklist as he protected his teammates and finished with a 4-1-8 KDA in the equalizer.

Blacklist then carried their momentum to the decider, finishing the game in just under 13 minutes.

Earlier, TNC Pro Team swept Onic Philippines to keep themselves in a position to challenge for a top 2 spot. TNC now has 24 points, just a point behind Echo and four points behind RSG.
