Commuters were greeted by long queues at EDSA bus carousel stations on Monday, the first day of work after the observance of Holy Week.

According to a report on "24 Oras", the line at the Monumento station reached two kilometers.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) said it added at least 100 buses in anticipation of the influx of commuters.
