Manila Water service interruption to affect some customers in Makati, QC

Some customers of Manila Water Company, Inc. in Makati City and Quezon City will experience water service interruption from July 4 to 5, 2022.

In an advisory posted on Twitter, Manila Water said the water service interruption is due to line maintenance activities scheduled on those days.

The affected areas are as follows:

• Parts of Brgy. Pembo, Makati City: from 10 p.m. of July 4 to 4 a.m. of July 5;

• Parts of Brgy. Blue Ridge B, Quezon City: from 10 p.m. of July 4 to 5 a.m. of July 5; and
• Parts of Brgy. Horseshoe, Quezon City: from 10 p.m. of July 5 to 5 a.m. of July 6.

"Manila Water is advising all residents of the affected areas to store enough water to supply their needs during the service improvement activity," the company said.

Manila Water also said residents should conduct flushing once water service is restored. This can be done by letting water flow out of faucets for a few minutes until it becomes clear.
