Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms would prevail over the Cagayan Valley, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet, and Central Luzon due to a frontal system, PAGASA said Sunday.

In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rain.

Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon would bring cloudy skies with light rain over the Ilocos Region and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies or localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides were also possible during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA said.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal water conditions would be experienced over Northern and Central Luzon.

The rest of the country would have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters. — DVM, GMA News
