PNP records no new COVID-19 cases

No new COVID-19 cases have been reported among Philippine National Police personnel, the police organization said on Monday.

Based on data from the PNP Health Service, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the PNP remains at 48,858.

Of this number, four are active cases while 48,726 individuals recovered after two new recoveries were recorded.

No new deaths were recorded, as the death toll remained at 128.

The Department of Health earlier reported 2,726 new COVID-19 cases in the week from March 21 to March 27.

According to the DOH’s latest bulletin, active infections stood at 42,835.

Total recoveries, meanwhile, reach 3,575,141 while deaths sit at 59,015. The confirmed infections are now at 3,676,991. — Mel Matthew Doctor/BM, GMA News
