Philippines posts 142 new COVID-19 cases

According to the Department of Health, the nationwide caseload is now 4,076,064, with active infections rising to 9,343 from 9,337

Seven fatalities were added to the death toll, which is now 66,083, while the number of recoveries is 4,000,638.
As of Friday, the bed occupancy rate in the country was 17%, with 4,270 occupied and 20,893 vacant beds.
A total of 8,349 individuals were tested on Friday, and 328 testing laboratories submitted data. — VBL, GMA Integrated News
