LIST: Canceled sea trips on Aug. 28, 2026 due to Habagat

Sea travel has been suspended in several areas in Luzon due to bad weather brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) said Friday.

As of 6 p.m., the following trips were canceled:

• Starhorse Shipping Lines Inc.: San Pascual, Masbate–Pasacao, Camarines Sur, and vice versa
• Montenegro Shipping Lines: All fast craft trips between Masbate City and Pilar, Sorsogon
• Island Shipping: Cawayan, Masbate–Bogo, Cebu
• Kho Shipping Lines: Cawayan, Masbate–Bogo, Cebu
• Starhorse Shipping Lines: San Pascual, Masbate–San Andres, Quezon
• Montenegro Shipping Lines: Roxas–Odiongan
