LIST: Canceled sea trips on Aug. 30, 2026 due to Habagat

The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) on Sunday bared the list of canceled sea trips for Sunday, August 30, 2026 due to the inclement weather caused by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

As of 8 a.m., the trips canceled are as follows:

Port Management Office (PMO) Bicol
• Terminal Management Office (TMO) Camarines: Starhorse Shipping Lines Inc., San Pascual, Masbate to Pasacao Port and Vice Versa]

PMO Masbate
• Montenegro Shipping Lines, Inc. (All Fastcraft): Masbate City - Pilar, Sorsogon, V.V.

PMO Mindoro
• Port of Puerto Galera: MV City of Bacolod, 7:15 AM & 12:30 PM, Puerto Galera to Batangas
• Port of Abra De Ilog: MV Isla Simara, Abra De Ilog to Batangas

The PPA said that once the Philippine Coast Guard issues a no sail policy, trips are automatically canceled.

PAGASA earlier said the Southwest Monsoon will continue to bring monsoon rains over parts of Luzon and the Visayas on Sunday, August 30. —Vince Angelo Ferreras/KG, GMA News
