LIST: Canceled sea trips on Sept. 7, 2026 due to Habagat

Several trips by sea vessels were canceled on Monday due to inclement weather caused by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
In a social media post, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) said the following trips were canceled as of 8 a.m., September 7, 2026:
Bicol
- TMO Camarines: Starhorse Shipping Lines Inc., San Pascual, Masbate to Pasacao Port, Camarines Sur and vice versa
- TMO Catanduanes (Virac Port): Cardinal Silangan Shipping Corp., Virac Port to Tabaco Port and vice versa (for preventive maintenance)
- TMO Tabaco: Cardinal Silangan Shipping Corp., Tabaco Port to Virac Port and vice versa (for preventive maintenance)
Masbate
- Baseport Masbate: Montenegro Shipping Lines (All Fastcraft), Masbate City to Pilar, Sorsogon
Mindoro
- Port of Puerto Galera: MV CITY OF BACOLOD, 7:15 AM & 12:15 AM, Puerto Galera to Batangas
- Port of Puerto Galera: MV PTERIPPUS 1, 6:00 AM, Puerto Galera to Batangas
NCR-South
- TMO Pasig/Port of Pasig River: JUNE ASTER (Atienza Interisland Ferries, Inc.), Manila to Coron, El Nido and Liminangcong
The PPA noted that it does not cancel trips.
“If PCG (Philippine Coast Guard) issues a no-sail policy, trips are automatically cancelled because ships are not allowed to sail,” it added.
It further said that shipping lines may also cancel trips subject to compliance with Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) regulations.
