FLOOD ALERT: Flooded roads in Metro Manila on Monday, August 17, 2026

Several roads in Metro Manila were flooded on Monday due to rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and local government units.
