A traffic rerouting scheme is in place for the Bangus Festival ‘Gilon Gilon ed Baley’ 2024 street dancing competition on April 26, 2024.

EASTBOUND TRAFFIC:

Public utility vehicles or jeepneys bound for Manaoag, San Fabian, Mapandan, Mangaldan, Pozorrubio, San Jacinto, Tambac, Bolosan, Salisay, and Mangin are advised to turn left at PNR Site Road from ABF East, proceed to Barrera Compound, then exit towards their destination.

NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC

Jeepneys bound for Gueset, Boquig, and Binloc should turn left at Rioferio Road from Arellano-Bani, then head back to their destination.

PUJs BOUND FOR DOWNTOWN AND CSI LUCAO:

During the closure, PUJs are prohibited from transversing on their usual route.

WESTBOUND TRAFFIC

PUJs and mini buses should turn left at Burgos Extension-Amado Street from Tapuac Road, then turn right at Amado-Tapuac back to their destination.

SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC

Jeepneys bound for Sta. Barbara should proceed straight on Old De Venecia Highway from Calasiao, turn right at Tapuac, make a U-turn at Shell Gasoline Station, then head back to Tapuac.

Jeepneys bound for San Carlos, Malasiqui, and Calasião should take Caranglaan from Calasiao, negotiate a U-turn at UNO Gasoline Station or old Caltex Gas in Mayombo District, then head back to their destination.

Private vehicles can explore alternative routes or side streets unaffected by the road closure. 

Malta and Amado-Tapuac roads will only allow one-way traffic from east to west direction.
