Over 5,000 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) from various barangays in Dagupan City joined the kickoff of Brigada Eskwela 2025.

Among the volunteers were beneficiaries from Barangay Pogo Chico.

“Masaya po at thankful dahil sa programang ito,” Maricel Casupangan said.

“Para ‘yung mga anak namin, malinis na ‘yung rooms nila pagdating ng pasukan,” Charlene De Guzman, another resident said.

Dr. Vladimir Parayno, Brigada Eskwela focal person of the Division Office, said the program is organized throughout the week.

“Meron na silang schedule. Dahil one week, may nakatoka sa bawat araw,” he said.

Ahead of the official launch, volunteers already began cleaning classrooms and repairing student furniture at Dagupan City National High School last week. The cleanup continues until June 13.

The Schools Division Office expressed gratitude to all stakeholders who took part.

A medical team was also present on-site, and school supplies were distributed to Grade 7 students through the support of DCNHS Batch 1985.

“[Ito'y] tulong po sa mga batang nangangailangan na Grade 7 po,” Lorna Martinez-Zarate, board member of the DCNHS Alumni Association, said.
