An 11-hour power interruption is scheduled in the Municipality of Oton, Province of Iloilo and other towns under Iloilo Electric Cooperative (ILECO) 1 on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
The power interruption is set from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Among areas expected to lose electric power supply are towns in the first, second, and third districts.
The power outage is scheduled by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) to give way for the repair of defects in the Santa Barbara-Miagao-San Joaquin 69KV Line.
