More than 200 indigent children experienced an early Christmas celebration in the company of the local police in Ilocos Norte.
The children took center stage in parlor games, enjoyed outings, and received Christmas gifts from the officers.
Julius Suriben, Director of the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office.
The event aimed to bring joy to kids during the holidays but also to foster a positive relationship between the community and the police force, and encourage children to consider a future in law enforcement.
Suriben added.
