GMA Network starts the year right by unveiling a powerful lineup of shows and movies that will surely delight all the Kapuso fans all over the world.
PRIMETIME
Bannered by the much-anticipated comeback of Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera to the world of teleseryes after a well-deserved break, GMA Network introduces “My Guardian Alien,” where Marian will pair up with veteran actor Gabby Concepcion.
The Kapuso network’s brightest stars today team up in its newest historical action-drama offering, “Pulang Araw,” bannered by Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards, First Lady of Primetime Sanya Lopez, together with Pambansang Ginoo David Licauco and Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza of power loveteam ‘BarDa.’
Returning Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado and Xian Lim team up for the first time for “Love. Die. Repeat,” a primetime show about a wife who realizes she’s stuck in an unfortunate time loop.
Queen of the Box-Office Bea Alonzo will be with Global Endorser Gabbi Garcia and multi-acclaimed Kapuso actress Carla Abellana in Widows’ War, a heavy drama show about a widow accused of being her deceased husband’s murderer.
Other Primetime shows that Kapuso fans must look forward to are “Asawa ng Asawa Ko” starring GMA Network’s Total Heartthrob Rayver Cruz and high-caliber actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith; and “A Lifetime With You,” a love story set in a farm.
AFTERNOON PRIME
It will be another year of firsts for the Kapuso network as 2009 KDrama “Shining Inheritance” gets its first ever adaptation in the afternoon slot led by Kate Valdez, Kyline Alcantara, Michael Sager, and award-winning actress Ms. Coney Reyes.
Jo Berry stars as a principled rookie lawyer in “Lilet Matias: Attorney-at-Law.”
More titles that will bring more fun and inspiration to our Kapuso fans: “Mommy Dearest,” “A Mother’s Tale,” "A Family Like Us,” “Forever Young,” and “For The Love of Kobe.”
GMA SYNERGY
The sports world will also have an amazing and eventful 2024 as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the country’s first and oldest athletic collegiate league, is celebrating its centennial year with NCAA Season 100.
WEEKENDS
Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will spread love and good vibes with “Jose and Maria’s Bonggang Villa 2.0.”
Quintessential Action Star Sen. Bong Revilla and the ever-talented Beauty Gonzales will reprise their roles for a second season of action-comedy weekend series “Walang Matigas Na Pulis sa Matinig Na Misis.”
Highly touted game shows in 2024: “Running Man Philippines Season 2,” “The Clash,” and another “The Voice” franchise.

Well praised for their outputs both on television and in the cinemas capped by an MMFF Best Picture (“Firefly”), GMA Public Affairs shows no signs of slowing down. A unique offering for GMA Afternoon Prime, Derrick Monasterio and Elle Villanueva star in environmentally conscious “Makiling.”
Two new movies as well will be coming the fans’ way: “Penthouse 77” by award-winning horror maestro Derick Cabrido, and Irene Villamor-directed “Version Two.”
