GMA will keep airing 'It's Showtime' in 2025.

This according to a report by GMA News Online on Friday, December 20, 2024. 

"GMA Corp comm confirmed the news to GMA News Online Friday, saying yes "'It’s Showtime' will continue to air in GMA in 2025! Maligayang Pasko, madlang Kapuso at Kapamilya!" the report reads. 

GNO says the swift confirmation came at the heels of the statement of GMA Network Senior Vice President, Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, in November 2024 that the parties concerned were "in a process of negotiations for the renewal of It's Showtime."

'It's Showtime' first aired on GMA's GTV in July 2023 before it also started airing on the GMA main channel in April 2024. 

ABS-CBN also shared the news in a statement on December 20, 2024.

The statement reads:

"ABS-CBN is happy to share the good news that 'It's Showtime' will continue to air on the noontime slot of GMA from Monday to Saturday. ABS-CBN and 'It's Showtime' family are most grateful to GMA for their continued trust and support. We will continue to inspire and bring happiness to our audiences. Thank you Kapuso, Kapamilya, and Madlang People."
