The Philippines made it again on the international scene after US-based luxury and lifestyle travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler named three locations in the country as some of the top islands in Asia.
According to the magazine's 2025 Readers' Choice Awards, Boracay, Palawan, and Siargao are among the top islands in Asia.
Boracay ranked fourth with 90.54 points, Palawan in the fifth spot with 90.23, and Siargao was placed seventh with 85.49.
Meanwhile, the top spot belonged to Vietnam's Phú Quốc.

This was determined by a survey participated in by over 700,000 global travelers.
In a Facebook post, Department of Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco celebrated this win and said this recognition is “an affirmation of the Philippines' global appeal and the collective efforts of tourism workers, local communities, and stakeholders across the islands.”
“This recognition by Condé Nast Traveler is a living testament to the beauty, resilience, and stewardship of our island communities. To see Boracay, Palawan, and Siargao once again among Asia's top islands reaffirms our commitment to preserving their natural wonders, advancing sustainable tourism, and ensuring that the prosperity these destinations bring reaches every Filipino. These awards belong to our people, their craft, and the spirit of Love the Philippines that we proudly carry forward,” the Department of Tourism posted online.
