Gazini Ganados will make a major pageantry comeback as she figures in the inaugural Miss Grand International All Stars in Thailand this May.
Ganados’ participation was announced by the Miss Grand International organization via an Instagram post on March 12, where she was introduced as a “Filipino-Palestinian runway model, actress, and television personality known for her striking beauty, commanding stage presence, and inspiring life story.”
The announcement also made mention of the 30-year-old Sparkle artists’ heritage as a “proud Filipino and Palestinian” who “uses her voice to celebrate cultural identity, empowerment, and the importance of celebrating one’s roots,” as well as her advocacy to represent “women with strength and authenticity.”
MGI All Stars is a new and special edition of the Miss Grand International competition announced last December 2025. It is designed to welcome former pageant queens as they return to the stage in an ‘all-star’ and veteran-laden tournament.
Gazini, born in Dapitan City, Zamboanga but later moved to Talisay City, Cebu, won the Miss Universe Philippines crown in 2019 and represented the country during the 68th Miss Universe pageant, where she bagged the National Costume Award and finished as a Top 20 finalist.
In 2024, she signed with GMA Network’s premier talent agency Sparkle, marking a major career shift from pageantry to becoming a television talent.
Since joining Sparkle, Gazini has taken on supporting roles in various Kapuso dramas such as Donnabel in Sanggang-Dikit FR (2025), Bea in Cruz vs. Cruz (2025), Cindy in Slay (2025), and Celebes in Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre (2025–present).
She joins three other Filipinas at the first ever edition of the MGI All Star– a new and special edition of the Miss Grand International that features former pageant competitors.
Ganados joins three other Filipina delegates at the MGI All Stars: Alexia Nuñez (Noble Queen of the Universe 2025), Fuschia Ravena (Miss International Queen 2022), and Keylyn Trajano (Universal Woman Arabia 2025).
