Miss La Union Bea Millan-Windorski is the new Miss Universe Philippines.
She succeeds Ahtisa Manalo who placed Third Runner-Up in Miss Universe 2025.
She will represent the Philippines in the 75th Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico in November 2026.
She impressed judges with her answer to the question: Many Filipinos are getting frustrated with the country. For you, why is it still worthy to represent the Philippines on the global stage?
She replied:
“The Philippines is something and a place I’ve been in love with my whole life. Growing up in a predominantly non-diverse part of the United States, I was identified as Filipina first and foremost. I often had to point where the Philippines was on a map to my peers and I always felt a sense of belonging and home. I chose to pack my life into balikbayan boxes and suitcases because I believe in the limitless potential of the Filipino people and the fact that we need to create local opportunities here so that people don’t have to go abroad and be separated from their families in order to survive and thrive. If I were given the title of Miss Universe Philippines, I promise to be a public servant for all.”
Majority of the candidates who made it to the Top 7 are from the regions:
- Sultan Kudarat
- La Union
- Cebu City
- Tarlac
- Taguig
- Cebu Province
- Pampanga
Millan-Windorski was crowned during the pageant's finale at the Mall of Asia Arena evening on Sunday, May 2, 2026.
A Filipino-American, Millan-Windorski represented USA in Miss Earth 2024 and won as Miss Earth Water.
