While many cherish the flowers they receive from loved ones, Grade 11 teacher Sigrid Fadrigalan-Tibordo from Luis Palad Integrated High School in Tayabas, Quezon, took appreciation to a whole new level.

From teaching in the classroom to checking student theses, hosting events, and even until the end of the day, Ma'am Sigrid showcased the bouquet of flowers she received from her husband.

It wasn't just for display; it was a message to her co-teachers.

"Sabi ko'y mamayang ala-una, makikita mo hanggang pag-uwi kung anong ginagawa sa bulaklak. Kaya rumampa-rampa po ako sa school habang nagtuturo kahit hirap na hirap magsaksak ng extension," she shared.

At that time, her husband was attending a seminar in Tagaytay City, preventing them from celebrating their seventh anniversary together in person. However, Ma'am Sigrid flaunted the bouquet proudly, emphasizing her appreciation for her husband's gesture.

"Sabi ko po, hangga't hindi nabubulok, bibitbitin ko saan man ako pumunta," she said.

Ma'am Sigrid's gesture didn't just catch the attention of her colleagues and students but resonated on social media.

Known as a purveyor of good vibes, her dedication to the profession has become synonymous with the institution she serves.

Moreover, her dedication to the teaching profession has become a hallmark at Luis Palad Integrated High School, where her commitment to education is recognized.
