LUZON
- San, Manuel, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes from elementary to secondary levels in both public and private in the afternoon, April 2, 2024.
- Mangaldan, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes in pre-school to high school levels in both public and private starting April 2, 2024 until lifted
- Calasiao, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes from kindergarten to senior high school on April 2, 2024
- Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes in pre-school to high school levels in both public and private starting April 2, 2024 until April 5, 2024 until the same is lifted
- Mapandan, Pangasinan - no face-to-face classes in all public and private schools in the afternoon, April 2, 2024 until April 3, 2024
- Polangui, Albay - no face-to-face classes with asynchronous classes in the afternoon on April 2, 2024
- Guinobatan, Albay - modular/online set-up in all public and private schools in the afternoon, April 2, 2024
- Camalig, Albay - modular/online set-up in all public and private schools in the afternoon, April 2, 2024
- Libon, Albay - modular/online set-up in all public and private schools on April 2, 2024
- Batangas City Integrated High School - blended or modular and distance learning on April 2, 2024 (three days of in-person classes, two days of modular/online set-up)
VISAYAS
- Biliran Municipality, Biliran Province - all elementary and high schools switched to blended learning mode until April 19, 2024, with classes conducted in the morning only and modular learning in the afternoon
- Cebu Normal University in Cebu City - suspended face-to-face classes from April 4 to April 12, 2024
- Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu - switched to modular learning mode from nursery to high school from April 3 to April 12, 2024
- Cebu Province - suspension of all classes until further notice
- Mandaue City, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes until April 30, 2024
- City of Talisay, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes from April 3 to April 14, 2024
- City of Naga, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes from April 3, 2024 until further notice
- Cordova, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes on April 4, 2024 until further notice
- Minglanilla, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes from April 3, 2024 until further notice, including daycare center learners
- Liloan, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes from April 3 to 12, 2024
- Consolacion, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes from April 3 to 12, 2024
- Toledo City, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes in all levels on April 3, 2024
- San Fernando, Cebu - suspended face-to-face classes in elementary level only until April 13, 2024

- General Santos City - no in-person classes in all levels in public and private schools from April 2-5, 2024
- Polomolok, South Cotabato - no afternoon in-person classes in public and private schools from April 2-15, 2024
- Tantangan, South Cotabato - no afternoon in-person classes from April 1-15, 2024
- Sultan Kudarat - no face-to-face classes from April 1-15, 2024
- Buenavista Integrated School, Zamboanga City - implemented distance learning, with some in-person classes being conducted by schedule since March
- Kidapawan City, Cotabato - no in-person classes from April 3 to April 5, 2024
- Sarangani Province - no face-to-face classes in all levels in public and private schools from April 3 to April 19, 2024.
