Charges for physical injuries and grave threats as well as an administrative case will be filed against a 29-year-old policeman from Iloilo City who is assigned in Cebu City.

The policeman, having the rank of a patrolman, punched allegedly the head and poked his service firearm at a colleague.

The erring policeman was reportedly under the influence of liquor when he did the act at past 10 p.m. in Uytengsu Street, Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City.  

The victim, a resident of Bacolod City in Negros Occidental, and the suspect are both assigned at a support unit of the Philippine National Police in Central Visayas.
