At least 40 minors who were said to be using solvent were rounded up in Cagayan de Oro.
Police and personnel of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) rescued the 40 so-called ‘rugby boys and girls’ who were allegedly involved in various crimes.
Most of them were hiding under the bridges.
Col. Evan Viñas, said.
Authorities confiscated the solvent the minors used before committing a crime. The minors were turned over to the DSWD for intervention.
Parents are advised to look after their children and ensure their welfare.
