At least seven people sustained injuries after two pick-up trucks collided in Barangay Paltit, Badoc, Ilocos Norte.
Police said the accident occurred when the driver of one pick-up truck lost control of the vehicle after one of its tires got detached, causing it to collide with the other truck.
Elison Pasamonte, Officer in Charge of BADOC MPS, said.
Due to the impact, the second pick-up truck overturned, and hit a bus parked on the side of the road.
The injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The parties involved in the collision have reportedly reached an agreement.
Police reminded motorists to always check their vehicles before driving.
