Approximately 31 kilos of marijuana with an estimated value of P3.7 million were seized during a buy-bust operation in the parking lot of Strawberry Fields in La Trinidad, Benguet.
Authorities confiscated 31 pieces of tubular marijuana packaging during the operation.
Two suspects, 26 and 23 years old, were arrested, while one suspect managed to evade capture and is, as of this writing, currently being pursued.
The operation was conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
The arrested suspects, who remained silent, will face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
