Closed circuit television (CCTV) camera caught a man assaulting a 10-year-old boy in Barangay Nancalobasaan, Umingan, Pangasinan.
CCTV footage shows the child sitting outside a house when a half-naked man arrived and started hitting the boy multiple times.
According to the police, the boy's ear bled because of the assault.
Based on investigation, the man is the father of the boy's playmate. The man got angry, reportedly, after the boy took his son's toy.
The incident was reported to the police three days after it happened.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) said the man may face child abuse charges.
