At least 10 barangays more in Davao Region have been declared drug-cleared by the Regional Oversight Committee Barangay Drug Clearing (ROCBDC-11).

These barangays are Astora, Inawayan, and Zone III of Sta. Cruz in Davao del Sur; Magatos and San Vicente of Asuncion town, Canocotan of Tagum City, and Lunga-og of Sto. Tomas in Davao del Norte; Andap of New Bataan and Pangotusan of Nabunturan in Davao de Oro; and Batiano in Baganga, Davao Oriental.

According to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Davao (PDEA-11), the barangays have complied with the requirements set by the Dangerous Drugs Board to be declared drug-cleared.

PDEA-11 said up to 29 barangays in the region have been declared by the committee as having no presence of drug personalities while 180 barangays have retained their drug-cleared status.

The declaration of the 10 barangays as drug-cleared was held in Tagum City, Davao del Norte and witnessed by government agencies and local officials.
