Two barangays in Legazpi City, Albay experienced power outage lasting more than three hours after a snake coiled itself around a power cable.
Residents initially thought the power outage was caused by a power trip.
Authorities from the Albay Electric Cooperative (ALECO) responded to the incident immediately, successfully removing the snake and repairing the damaged wire.
Electricity supply in the area has been restored to normal.
