A motorcyclist was killed and another was injured critically in a motorcycle collision in Barangay San Antonio on Diffun, Quirino.
Based on police investigation and closed circuit television (CCTV) footage, one of the riders was allegedly speeding at a curved section of the road and was surprised by an oncoming motorcycle, which led to the crash.
Neither rider was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, according to authorities.
The family of the deceased is determined to file charges against the other rider involved in the collision.
