A man who entered a law office, under the guise of a delivery rider, held up a staff member. 

The man arrived at a law firm along Hernaez Street in Barangay 38, Bacolod City at around 4 p.m. on August 6, 2024.

He looked for a person who was supposedly to receive a parcel with bill worth P10,000, but the person he was looking for is unknown in the said office.

A secretary and a lawyer talked to him before the man left the office.

However, he returned and when he saw that the secretary was alone, he declared a holdup.

The holdupper took P2,500 from the victim.

Police investigators said they are convinced that aside from the holdup incident, the man could be after pertinent documents. 

Police investigated CCTV footage of the man while he was along the road to help determine his identity.

Police reminded businessmen and traders operating in the area to be vigilant always against other possible criminal activities.
