Police are hunting down a man who shot his two brothers to death in Barangay Ayala, Zamboanga City.

According to the elder sister of the suspect and the victims, the family is still clueless why the suspect killed his two brothers inside their house.

“Narinig ko na lang ang pagputok ng baril. Yung isang kapatid ko, hinahabol ni James tapos pinagbabaril na lang. hindi namin alam bakit niya ginawa yon. Bigla syang umalis pagkatapos nyang patayin mga kapatid nya,” alias “Nene,” the elder sister of the victims and the suspect, said.

The 35-year-old victim sustained a gunshot wound to his head while his 42-year-old brother succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds in different parts of his body.

The Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) said the suspect may be involved in illegal activities and may have personal issues with the victims.

However, investigators have yet to determine the motive as the suspect is at large, as of this writing.

“Hustisya lang. bahala na ang awtoridad sakaniya. Brutal ang ginawa nya,” alias “Nene” added.

The suspect’s daughter is also calling for his father to surrender.

“Mag surrender kana pa, kung gusto mo pa kaming makita. Kailangan mong bayaran ang ginawa mo. Isipin mo kami mga anak mo, at si mama,” the daughter said.
