Vice President Sara Duterte believes Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, is no longer in Davao City.

The police have been searching for Quiboloy at the KOJC compound in Davao City since August 24, 2024. They have not found him as of this writing.

The vice president comforted the members of KOJC when she graced the 39th anniversary of KOJC evening on Sunday, September 1, 2024.

Sara said the proper procedure in serving arrest warrants should be followed in accordance with the law.

The vice president added that the arrest warrants should have been implemented swiftly, especially that the image of the city, the business sector, and the Davaoeños who live peacefully have already been affected.

However, the Police Regional Office-Davao (PRO-11) maintained that the implementation of the arrest warrant inside the KOJC compound is within the bounds of the law and police operational procedures have been followed.

“‘Yung ginagawa natin na implementation ng warrant of arrest sa loob ng KOJC compound ay within the bounds of the law and we follow the police operational procedures.
