A graduate from the University of Cebu (UC) ranked Number 1 in the November 2024 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE), while three from two other universities in Cebu City made it to the Top 10 list. 

Francis Charles Pepito Lauta topped the exam with a rating of 93.25 percent.

Two graduates from the University of San Carlos (USC) made it to the eighth and 10th spot, while a graduate from the Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U).

Rodolfo Guanzon Misa, Jr. and Lorenzo Rafael Arcamo Langbid scored 91.50 percent on 8th spot, and 10th spot for scoring 91.15 percent, respectively. 

John David Jerusalem Maguate from CIT-U made it to the 10th spot with 91.15 percent. 

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Civil Engineering posted the results on its official social media page on Thursday, December 5, 2024. 

PRC announced that 6,835 out of 18,436 (37.07%) passed the exams.
