Anti-narcotics agents seized suspected shabu worth more than P20 million in a sting operation in Dipolog City.

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Zamboanga (PDEA-9) and police operatives also arrested the 47-year-old suspect considered a high value target in the illegal drug trade.

Confiscated from the suspect were big packs of suspected shabu weighing around three kilos.

Meanwhile, police in Davao City also seized suspected shabu worth more than P3.4 million in Barangay Sasa dawn on Monday, January 27, 2025.

Police said the suspect was tagged as number one high value individual in the illegal drug trade in the city.

Seized from his possession were sachets of suspected shabu weighing around around 500 grams.

The drug suspects arrested in the two operations are now detained and are facing charges for alleged violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (RA 9165).
