A pickup truck plowed through 18 vehicles in Cabanatuan City, leaving one dead and another injured.
The crash happened on the road that connects Barangay H. Concepcion and Sumacab Este.
A 52-year-old tricycle driver was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Police said the pickup driver was under the influence of alcohol when the incident happened.
Authorities have taken the suspect into custody and have filed charges.
The driver and other parties involved have yet to issue a statement, as of this writing.
