A 64-year-old mother in Cebu City sought the arrest of her own son, identified only as a certain "Kanor."
The mother said that her 35-year-old son fondled his genitals in front of her.
The incident happened inside their residence in Sitio Lawis, Alaska, Barangay Mambaling, past 6 p.m. on February 11, 2025.
The mother said that she called immediately the help of their neighbors.
The neighbors carried out a citizen’s arrest and turned "Kanor" over to the Mambaling Police.
"Kanor" denied vehemently the accusation.
The police, as of posting time, are now preparing for the appropriate charges to be filed against him.
