Cebu City will celebrate its 88th Charter Day anniversary on Monday, February 24, 2025.
The day is declared a special non-working holiday in the city.
However, the 39th anniversary of EDSA People Power Revolution on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 is declared a special working holiday, which means there will be classes as well.
