Multiple fire incidents hit different areas in Luzon, leaving several families homeless and damaging properties.

In Candaba, Pampanga, two houses in Barangay Gulap were engulfed in flames.

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) responded to contain the fire quickly.

Authorities suspect the blaze started from a stove, which spread rapidly.

The local government provided relief goods, including rice and groceries, to affected families.

The following day another fire broke out in Sitio Lilimbin, Barangay Camaya, Mariveles, Bataan, destroying three houses.

Fire officials are investigating the cause, but initial reports suggest it may have been due to faulty electrical wiring.

“Under investigation pa po, wala pa po kaming impormasyon kung saan at paano nangyari ang sunog. Maaring electrical dahil dikit-dikit ‘yung mga bahay. ‘Yun ay ayon sa mga tao doon,” SF4 Salvador Bernabe III, Mariveles BFP Chief, said.

In Hagonoy, Bulacan, a fire broke out at a poultry farm after an electrical fuse exploded inside one of the chicken coops.

The fire spread quickly but was contained within an hour.

Farmworkers moved the gamefowls to safety which ensured no animals or personnel were harmed.

Authorities continue to investigate the incidents and remind the public to follow fire safety measures, especially during the dry season.
