A fistfight between a food delivery rider and a taxicab driver on Leon Kilat Street in Cebu City was caught on video.

A dog in a video tried seemingly to intervene.

The reason for the fight was undetermined, as of this writing.

Persons in the area were watching the incident like spectators of a boxing match, until the dog barked close to the two. Two men started to approach the two drivers to pacify them.

The incident has already reached the Land Transportation Office (LTO) 7.

The whereabouts of the two involved in the fistfight has been traced, as of posting time, as part of the process of the LTO 7 investigation on the incident.

LTO 7 Director Glenn Galario has reminded drivers to observe maximum tolerance always when dealing with people who have the propensity for aggressive behavior.

He said that maximum tolerance, most especially among drivers who have the tendency to be irritable while exposed to the warm weather, will avert trouble.
