A magnitude 4.4 earthquake struck Dolores town in the Province of Eastern Samar on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 6:10 a.m.

According to Earthquake Information Number 2 released by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), the quake was located at 12.05°N, 125.51°E - 003 km N 60° E of Dolores, Eastern Samar at a depth of 10 kilometers.
