A 62-year-old woman died while a rider was injured after the motorcycle they were riding figured in an accident in Valencia City, Bukidnon.
The accident happened evening on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Police said the woman was riding in pillion when the rider hit a dog that suddenly crossed the road, which caused the motorcycle to fall.
It was also found that the headlight of the motorcycle was not functioning and that the rider was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at that time.
The rider was taken into police custody for further investigation.
